Waterfalls..

Why are waterfalls so magestical?

Minnamurra Falls

Why is the noise of a waterfall so calming and peaceful?

Pebbled Brook on the walk to the Falls

This was how I finished my spiritual day at Minnamurra Falls!  Walking the gorgeous scenic path of the rainforest floor, walking over bridges where babbling rock river beds trickled beneath us.  The peaceful sound of nature, birds, trickling water makes you feel like there is not a care in the world.  I took a few deep breaths in and just listened, mindful of the nothingness, of the serenity!  Oh how I wish I lived somewhere with this backdrop!

Not wanting for this day to end!

Path leading up to the falls

After doing some more research this afternoon when we got home!

My next road trip is to visit 5 waterfalls close to Sydney where you can swim under.

Here is the list:
Browns Falls - Watagan Mountains
Somersby Falls - near Gosford
Collins Beach Waterfall - 1.3km from Manly Wharf
Wattamolla Waterfall - 50min drive from Sydney located in th Royal National Park
Winifred Falls - 4km walk from Audley in the Royal National Park
Nellies Glenn Waterfall - Robertson in the Southern Highlands
Minniehaha Falls - North of Katoomba

Where are some waterfalls you have visited?

Happy Waterfalling!!
